Mind Moving

Three Channel Vertical Installation, 2022

 

Mind Moving is a three channel vertical installation whose source imagery features signal processed animations of satellite imagery. These images are not moving between the monitors, rather the synchronization of the flickering offset video causes the illusion of movement based on flicker frequency. The movement between the screens is mapped with virtualized landscapes, framing a critique of the ontological promises of the tech industry during the 4th industrial revolution.
